Your Content: You retain ownership of thumbnails generated through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your submitted video URLs and store generated thumbnails for service delivery purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Thumbnails are generated using artificial intelligence and may not always meet expectations
• AI outputs can be unpredictable and may occasionally produce unexpected results
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use
• We do not guarantee that generated thumbnails will increase views or engagement

8. Third-Party Content

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including YouTube. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to create thumbnails for any video content you submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fumbnailer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
